Conference Registration
The abstract submission process and the conference registration process is handled on this page. This process takes place according to the following timeline:
| March 20th, 2010 | SUBMISSION -- Submit an abstract by 7:00pm PST using the Abstract Submission Form. |
| March 29th, 2010 | DECISION -- The program committee will email all corresponding authors regarding decisions. |
| April 9th, 2010 | REGISTRATION -- Register for the Conference by 7:00pm PST using the Registration Website. |
| April 16th, 2010 | PAYMENT -- Payment for presenter and spectator registration must be received by 7:00pm PST. |
| May 3rd, 2010 | CONFIRMATION -- A confirmation email will be sent by this date confirming your successful registration. Please do not email us before this date to confirm a registration. However, if you do not hear from us by this date, please contact us immediately and we will make sure that you get registered properly. |
| May 21-22, 2010 | Showtime! The program will begin with the keynote address at 4:00pm on Friday, May 21st, followed immediately by a special 10th anniversary banquet dinner with Stanford faculty. The remainder of the program will take place on Saturday, May 22nd. |
Submission and Registration Summary
All attendees, including both presenters and spectators, must pre-register for the Conference. Presenters must first submit an abstract. If accepted, presenters should register immediately for the Conference.
Spectators do not submit an abstract. However, they must also pre-register for the Conference. They may do so at any point before the registration deadline.
Please note that space for the Conference is limited and that individuals are registered on a first-come-first-served basis.
