Conference Registration
The abstract submission process and the conference registration process is handled on this page. This process takes place according to the following timeline:
| March 25th, 2012 | SUBMISSION -- Submit an abstract by 7:00pm PST using the Abstract Submission Form. |
| April 4th, 2012 | DECISION -- The program committee will email all corresponding authors regarding decisions. |
| April 15th, 2012 | REGISTRATION -- Register for the Conference by 7:00pm PST using the Registration Website (Open in March). |
| May 18-19th, 2012 | Showtime! The program will begin with the keynote address at 4:00pm on Friday, May 18th, followed by a special banquet dinner. The remainder of the program will take place on Saturday, May 19th. |
Submission and Registration Summary
All attendees, including both presenters and spectators, must pre-register for the Conference. Presenters must first submit an abstract. If accepted, presenters should register immediately for the Conference.
Spectators do not submit an abstract. However, they must also pre-register for the Conference. They may do so at any point before the registration deadline.
Please note that space for the Conference is limited and that individuals are registered on a first-come-first-served basis.
