Conference Registration
The abstract submission process and the conference registration process is handled on this page. This process takes place according to the following timeline (NOTE: exact dates to be posted in December 2013):
| February, 2014 | SUBMISSION -- Submit an abstract by 7:00pm PST using the Abstract Submission Form. |
| March, 2014 | DECISION -- The program committee will email all corresponding authors regarding decisions. |
| March, 2014 | REGISTRATION -- Register for the Conference by 7:00pm PST using the Registration Website. |
| April, 2014 | LATE REGISTRATION -- Late registrations will be accepted for an additional week. Register by 7:00pm PST using the Registration Website. |
| May 16-17th, 2014 | Showtime! The program will begin on Friday, May 16th. Participants must register at 4:30pm PST. The banquet dinner is at 5:15pm and the keynote address starts at 6:30pm. The remainder of the program will take place on Saturday, May 17th, with registration and breakfast starting at 8:00am. |
Submission and Registration Summary
All attendees, including both presenters and spectators, must pre-register for the Conference. Presenters must first submit an abstract. If accepted, presenters should register immediately for the Conference.
Spectators do not submit an abstract. However, they must also pre-register for the Conference. They may do so at any point before the registration deadline.
Please note that space for the Conference is limited and that individuals are registered on a first-come-first-served basis.
